At SKB Cases, we stand behind the quality of our protective solutions and offer a 30-day window for returns on all standard products in their original condition. We aim to ensure your gear is perfectly protected, providing a streamlined process for any necessary adjustments or refunds.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original shipping box, ensuring all internal foam, dividers, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the product's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
